Not only did you respond with a list of communities that matched my needs but when the community that I was most interested in initially said no you made the effort to contact the manager, explain my situation and get us an opportunity to meet with them and make our case – the rest is history, within a week I had the keys for my new place at that community. I just wanted to say thanks, again, for all you did in securing the new apartment. I truly feel that if you had not gone the extra mile, I would still be looking for a new place. But, as it stands, I have a really great place and it is a HUGE improvement over what I was in before. So, thanks and keep up the GREAT work you do. To show our apprication for using our Free Apartment Locating Service. We offer our customers a FREE MOVE

The free move will include two movers and a truck for 2 hours. value of $237. There is no extra charge for third floor or long walk distances. No additional charges for packing.

****$49 Fuel and Travel charge added to every move. This Fuel and Travel charge is paid to the movers at the time of the move.

If the move goes over 2 hours the billing will be $79 per hour.

Min 12 month lease of $650 or More. (Min Commission recieved by community $650)

Clients with more than one broken lease or owing more than one community will not be eligible for a free move.
