08.31.2011 Yes, Almost two years since I visited this page. A lot has changed in Northwest Houston - Cyfair - Jersey Village area pertaining to Apartment leasing. Apartments are getting much more expensive and starting to really fill up. I think it is really important to start looking into buying. I really believe in renting. However the rents are getting very high. I will start adding information on purchasing New Homes. I will find out the amount down and the type credit needed to qualify.
