The Apartment Gorilla is going to add a page dedicated to to our pets. I
just got a call from a client who has two large dogs and wanted to know what
Houston Apartment would accept or take large dogs. This gave me the idea to
have a section for our Big Dogs or (BIG DAWGS). I found several apartments
in Houston - Dallas - San Antonio - Austin that Will accept Big Dogs. Now
if your large dog that has bad credit, broken lease and or a Felony..... thats
a different story.
I know my site is not Great but
my service is. If you have been Denied an apartment for past issues such as
a Broken Lease, Felony, Misdemeanor, or bad credit, call me. Chances are that
I can help. Felony has to be over 7 Years and Non voilent. Misdemeanor has
to be over 3 years and non-violent. You also need to have verifiable income
of 3X the rent.
Houston Apartments that take a
Misdemeanor, Felony, Bad Credit, Broken Lease
I have helped two more clients
this week find very nice apartments. In both situations my clients had broken
leases and one situation my client had a broken lease and a Misdemeanor. I
was able to find them nice apartments. Most apartment communites in Houston
dont advertise they will accept an applicatant with a Felony, Misdemeanor
or a broken lease. The Apartment Locator will just have to know what apartments
will accept and under what situations. The apartment locator will have to
have working knowledge of different types of Felonies, Misdemeanors, Broken
Leases, and Bad Credit issues. Also Apartment Management changes regularly;
one appartment that accepted a felony one week may not accept or take it the
next. Furthermore one apartment that accepted a broken lease one week may
not accept the broken lease the next week, same with credit issues. You see
it is very important to deal with a good apartment locator that deals with
Felonies, Misdemaeanors, Broken Leases and Bad Credit issues on a regular
basis.

will not have a problem finding you an Apartment in Houston, San Antonio,
Dallas or Austin. Some of the information that will be needed will be as follows.
How old is your broken lease? How much is still owed on your broken lease?
Do you have good rental history since? Do you have more than one broken lease?
Do you have verifiable income of three times the rent?
Most broken lease situations
will have to be more than one year old. In some cases apartments require a
payment plan to be in place with the apartment community that is owed money.
Furthermore the balance owing will need to be less that $1500. If you have
more than one broken lease it will be difficult finding you an apartment.
Remember I will know apartments that will take most broken lease situations
if you have verifiable income of three times the rent.
Felony
